Mark Saxon B.Sc.(Hons) GDipAppFin MAusIMM MAIG

President & CEO, Director

As founding President & CEO of Tasman Metals Ltd, Mr. Saxon brings 18 years of experience in exploration and resource geology. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1991 with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology. In 2006, Mr Saxon achieved a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment through the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Mr Saxon is a founding Director of Mawson Resources Ltd (MAW:TSX) and for the last 5 years he has managed Mawson's uranium projects across Europe as Vice-President Exploration. Prior to joining Mawson Resources, he was employed by a number of Canadian exploration companies undertaking project assessment and acquisition for gold and base metal projects. Mr Saxon has also worked for Pasminco Ltd in Australia and South America in senior technical roles. Mr Saxon has familiarity with a large number of mineralised terranes and individual mineral deposits and specialises in regional project generation for metals and exploration geochemistry. His experience ranges from first pass project generation to resource definition. Mr Saxon brings extensive experience and practical knowledge of the geology, prospectivity and operating environments of Australia, Europe and South America.

Mr Saxon sits on the Advisory Board Hansa Resources Ltd (TSXv:HRL). He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

David Henstridge B.Sc.(Hons) FAusIMM, MAIG, MGSAust, P.Geo.

Non Executive Chairman, Director

Mr. Henstridge, a Professional Geologist with over 37 years of experience in mineral exploration, is Non Executive of the Company. He is currently President, CEO, and a Director of Tumi Resources Limited, a Director of Tinka Resources Limited, and a Director of Mawson Resources Limited all mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange or Toronto Stock Exchange. He graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1971 with a B.Sc. (honours) in Geology. He has over 20 years' experience in managing publicly traded companies.

Nick DeMare CA

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. DeMare is a chartered accountant and a director of the Company. He has been a director and officer of many publicly listed companies in the resource sector since 1986 providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Michael Robert Hudson, B.Sc.(Hons) GDipAppFin FAusIMM MSEG MAIG

Director

Mr. Hudson is a founding Director of Tasman Metals Ltd with 19 years of experience in mineral exploration in Australia, Asia, South America and Europe. He has developed junior exploration companies over the past 9 years in the Canadian and Australian markets. Mr Hudson graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 with a First Class B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment through the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), in which he received the Tolhurst Noall Prize for achieving the top ranking in the State of Victoria, Australia for "Mining Investment Analysis".

For the past five years he has headed Mawson Resources Ltd as President & CEO and lead its development as a founding Director from a junior Venture Exchange-listed gold explorer to a respected European uranium focussed Toronto Stock Exchange listed company (MAW:TSX). Previously he has initiated projects for the junior resource sector in Australia, Argentina, Peru and Mexico and prior to this he gained exploration to pre-feasibility project management experience in Pakistan, Australia and Peru for Pasminco Ltd, and in the arctic areas of northern Sweden under a BHP-funded joint venture. His discoveries include the Portia gold deposit in the Olary district of South Australia and the Duddar Pb-Zn mine in Pakistan.

Mr Hudson sits on the Board of Mawson Resources Ltd, and the Advisory Boards for Salazar Resources Ltd (TSXv:SRL) and Hansa Resources Ltd (TSXv:HRL). He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Member of both the Society for Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Robert G. Atkinson

Director

Mr. Atkinson has been in the investment industry for over 30 years. He is former President and CEO of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon & Co Ltd., one of Canada's most respected investment dealers. He now serves as Director of Trimin Capital Inc., Quest Capital Corp. and a number of other public companies. Mr. Atkinson received a B.Comm. degree from the University of British Columbia.

Gil Leathley

Director

Gil Leathley brings over 50 years of senior experience encompassing all aspects of international mining operations. Between the periods of 1975 to 2000, Mr. Leathley was the driving force in overseeing the development of six major operating mines on behalf of Noranda Mining, Corona Resources and Homestake Mining. Strategic development included the Golden Giant, Jolu, Eskay Creek, Santa Fe, Ruby Hill and Nickel Plate mines. During his tenure, he held various senior management and operating positions, ranging from Mine Superintendent and General Manager to Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities included overseeing mine development and operations with work forces of up to 2,500 employees. As a noted specialist in operational economics and company finances, he also played a key leadership role in the evaluation of acquisitions and the integration of acquisitions with the various parent companies.

James Hutton

Director

Mr. Hutton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hutton Capital Corporation and Hutton Capital Management, companies engaged in investment banking. Mr. Hutton has spent his career in the financial services industry and has specialized in structured finance for resource companies for the past 25 years. Mr. Hutton has designed and executed in excess of $1,400,000,000 in flow-through share resource financings for companies in the Canadian energy and mining sectors between 1998 and 2006. He was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Dominion Resources Group of companies, one of the largest and most successful flow-through share funds in Canada. During Mr. Hutton's tenure, the Canada Dominion Resources Group completed in excess of $800,000,000 in financings, which subsequently focused their investments on mining and energy issuers actively exploring for resources in Canada before being acquired by the Dundee/Dynamic Mutual fund organization. Mr. Hutton was also the President and Chief Operating Officer of the CMP Resource Group from 2003 to 2005.

Jim Powell, P.Eng CFA

Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Powell joined Tasman Metals in July 2011 as the Vice President of Corporate Development. His responsibilities include furthering and executing corporate strategy, coordinating investor relations and advancing general corporate development activities. Prior to joining Tasman, Mr. Powell spent over 7 years in equity research Toronto covering a variety of industries including specialty metals and rare earths. Prior to joining the financial industry, He worked for eight years in various process engineering and management positions in a global electronics manufacturing company. Mr. Powell graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical and Metallurgical Engineering, as well as graduating from York University's Schulich School of Business in 2004 with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Powell is also a professional engineer (2000) and a CFA charter holder (2007).

Mariana Bermudez

Corporate Secretary

Ms. Bermudez has 15 years of experience in corporate roles for publicly traded companies. In addition, she is the corporate secretary for Tumi Resources Limited, Tinka Resources Limited, and Mawson Resources Limited listed on the TSX Venture Exchange or Toronto Stock Exchange.

Folke Söderström

Managing Director, Tasmet AB

Mr. Söderström is the Managing Director of Tasman's 100% owned Swedish subsidiary, Tasmet AB. An accountant by training, Mr Söderström brings extensive managerial experience with various legal, accounting and mineral exploration firms throughout northern Sweden.
